TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Flexyshop Ltd will manufacture as per your drawings or approved drawings by you, material descriptions, specifications, and instructions. We are not liable for any damages to you, to your customer, and third parties regarding the use of the manufactured products and services provided by Flexyshop Ltd.

We at Flexyshop Ltd do not know where these products or services will be used or installed; We do not keep material certificates on file unless asked in written form with the purchase order. Use and installation of the manufactured parts and services are the sole responsibility of our customers.

If our products do not meet your specifications, please notify us in writing within one week after delivery. We do not accept nonconformance reports or requests after one week.   

Flexyshop has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Flexyshop of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

 

Our minimum charge is $200.00
