Need complex cuts? Tolerance and accuracy are within +/-.003", and waterjet cutting leaves no burrs or thermal distortion. With no physical hardening or stress, we offer the best nesting ability possible.

 

We can provide waterjet and/or laser cutting services for a wide range of materials such as aluminum, hardened tool steel, and titanium; exotics including carbon fibre, ceramic, Inconel, and composites; or structural elements such as marble, glass, tile, stone and even granite cutting. Our services are ideal for fast-paced demands such as after-market automotive and aerospace parts. We use the state of the art nesting softwares to get the best yield out of the materials we cut and process. This is a direct dollar savings for our customers and for us.

With our CNC press brake, we use only premium high precision Italian tooling from Rolleri Italy, Trumpf Germany and Mate tooling from the USA

Solidworks is the new industry standard for CAD. Esecially for formed parts we will get the best results if your parts are designed in sheet metal with Solidworks.

We are not liable for any damages to you, to your customer, and third parties regarding the use of the manufactured products and services provided by Flexyshop Ltd.

We at Flexyshop Ltd do not know where these products or services will be used or installed; We do not keep material certificates on file unless asked in written form with the purchase order. Use and installation of the manufactured parts and services are the sole responsibility of our customers.

If our products do not meet your specifications, please notify us in writing within one week after delivery. We do not accept nonconformance reports or requests after one week.
